Bookings & deposits
Event dates are confirmed only after a signed contract and the required deposit have been received. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your contract.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set out in your event contract. Please review your contract for the specific timelines and fees that apply.
Conduct & safety
Guests must follow venue rules, local laws, and any instructions from staff. We reserve the right to remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior. The client is responsible for damages caused by guests or vendors.
Outside vendors
Outside vendors must be approved in advance and carry the insurance specified in your contract.
Liability
Citrus Town Event Center is not responsible for personal property left on the premises or for circumstances outside our reasonable control (severe weather, utility outages, etc.).
Website content
All content on this site is owned by Citrus Town Event Center and may not be reused without permission. Photo galleries may include images of past events used with permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to your use of the site and venue.
